After the expiration of the sales period, you have three possibilities. You can either buy an extension to the sales period or request us to send your items back. If you do nothing, your items will be donated to charity. If you request your items back, you pay only the standard buyer's shipping fee. Please check the terms and conditions for the current shipping fee.
To request items back, go to the item list on your account and change the items' state to 'Shipment back requested'. We will notify you by email when we have shipped your items back.
